Tillandsia
Tillandsia, commonly referred to as air plants, are epiphytes that absorb water and nutrients through their leaves. They utilize their roots solely for anchoring to another plant or surface for best exposure to light. Tillandsia are slow growing and may produce fanciful or fragrant blooms and offsets referred to as pups.
