Hass avocados grown naturally under the California sun in orchards surrounding our flower farm. Prized for their rich, buttery flavor and texture, our Hass avocados are hand-harvested at a mature stage and size, increasing their oil content and creamy, nutty flavor. The avocado is primarily composed of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, is a nutrient-dense fruit, and is a nutrient-booster that helps increase the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Avocados are an excellent source of essential vitamins C, E, K, B and minerals magnesium, and potassium.
